Media Design Imaging (MDI) once again wins two 2013 Pixie Platinum Awards for its production of music video Die From A Broken Heart and short fan film S: A Superman Fan film.
The Pixie Award recognizes outstanding work in the fastest-growing area of the “pixel world”: digital animation, motion graphics and special effects. The award is sponsored by the American Pixel Academy. David E. Carter, the executive director of the academy, is also the founder of the Telly Awards and American Corporate Identity and is the editor of Creativity Annual.
Winning two 2013 Pixie Platinum Award recognizes that Media Design Imaging produces high-quality projects, and it has been recognized by the industry’s professionals of the moving pixel in fields of animation, motion graphics, and effects.
Die From a Broken Heart is a music video by Electronic pop song by Swedish singer Bimbo Boy. Video directed by Johnny Wu. Official website: http://bimboboy.com. The music video talks about the angst of a high school gay teen being bullied and how he rises above.
