Moza AirCross 2 top 5 features for DSLR or Mirrorless Cameras (including BMPCC 4K)

February 11, 2020 Articles 0

Gudsen’s new lightweight gimbal, weights 2lbs with 7lbs payload and capable to set cameras on vertical (for instagram bloggers) or horizontal mode.

Camera tested: Gh5 and BMPCC 4K with Meike 25mm T2.2 Cine lens

Here are what I considered the top 5 features.

1. Ability to select 3 follow focus options (first two with external follow focus control and 3rd with the camera’s own follow focus control – works with Canon, Panasonic as far as I was aware).

2. While this is a small feature per say, it is useful when you plan to calibrate your gimbal and want to quickly turn the motors off (to also conserve battery.

3. Pan/Tilt/Roll Precision Axis Movement Control, now you can select with axis to move the camera through the smart wheel.

4. Mimic Control, by connecting to your phone, you can use the phone to control the movement of the gimbal

5. Object Tracking, by attaching the phone on top of your camera (doesn’t matter which one), and with limited balancing need, you can now track the movement of the subject you highlight on the phone.

Current retail price is $429, you can find it on major online stores. Or visit https://www.gudsen.com for more information.
